We hope your day has gone better than ours. We realize there are major problems at the moment with a handful of Ventrilo systems, as well as the obvious absence of our main website and systems. We are resolving them as quickly as we possibly can, and have all of our staff working overtime until that happens. We are still here. We are not going out of business. We did not all move to Sealand. If you require assistance, your best bet will be #DarkStarLLC on the gamesurge.net IRC network until our systems are restored. Please understand that our staff are extremely overwhelmed right now as a result of today's problems and may be very slow to respond - we are still here and we definitely care about getting your service restored.

Recently, a guild officer meeting was called to deliberate and promote new guild officers. During our discussion, 2 members were unanimously raised by all officers and named the newest additions to our 4 Star Generals. SkippyElf and Kuranobu were a clear choice for this appointment given their dedication to the guild and willingness to assist members. Be sure to congratulate Kuranobu and SkippyElf when you see them!

Also during this meeting, it was decided by our Guild Master BigZeke and our Assistant Guild Masters HighLifer and Puzzycat that there would also be a protion of two 4 Star Generals to Assistant Guild Master. And so it was announced that Karellion and Svago would be given that promotion.

With these additions we will try to provide more help to our guild membership and schedule more activities to benefit the whole guild.

A few nights ago we got a tip from our spies that the horde was planning a raid on Stormwind City. With spies down in Stranglethorn Veil, a favorite staging location for horde attacks, we found out that the attack was forming and imminent.

With this important intelligence the mighty DeathWishMasters answered the call to defend our good city. But this would prove to be a defense that the horde would never expect. This time we decided to take the fight to the horde.

So our raiding party was quickly formed and off we went to attack the one place the horde would never expect... Grom'gol Base Camp deep inside STV. Our attack was swift and without remorse. Over and over as horde skum arrived by zepplin, DeathWishMasters crushed them as a walking traveler crushes a bug under foot.

In the end, no horde were spared and the horde's attack was foiled. All in Stormwind slept sound that night with no knowledge of how close the wave of horde had been in their attack.
